Timeless Payment Methods & Booking Conditions


Timeless provides an initial consultation, basic itinerary or quote free of charge. Detailed itineraries, quotes or bookings require a non-refundable deposit (amount depending on the booking) which will be credited towards the final cost of the program but which will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Timeless has a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights’ accommodation or equivalent.
Final payments are due to us at the latest one month prior to passenger departure from Australia or to the first arrangement booked whichever is earlier. Some of our suppliers require earlier payment.
All cancellations/refunds are treated individually depending on conditions imposed by suppliers, foreign currency charges and administrative costs. Deposits will not be refunded. If only one full payment was made, a minimum of the deposit equivalent will be deducted from any refund.
We may charge rebooking/amendment processing fees ourselves as well as passing on fees levied by airlines or other suppliers.
While our processing of cancellations/refunds is designed to be as flexible as possible, refunds are less likely to be made for arrangements cancelled within the month prior to services commencing or during the period of services being provided.

Credit Card Fee Explanation

As all merchants, Timeless is charged fees when it receives payment by credit cards. We try to balance our fee obligation to clients with not losing money on credit card processing. Therefore we charge 2.5% of the amount processed on any Australian Mastercard or Visa or credit card transaction and 2% on any American Express Card.
Clients who do not wish to be charged a transaction fee by us have the fee-free alternatives of paying by cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer.
Travel agents can also pay us by eNett.
Timeless credit card charging practices continue to be within the scope of the Competition and Consumer Amendment (Payment Surcharges) Act 2016 passedby the Australian Federal Parliament in February 2016 and of guidance provided by the Reserve Bank of Australia.


Tours are operated by Timeless Tours and Travel, hereafter called the operator.
All tickets and coupons covering the transportation, hotels booked or other services and facilities supplied are issued by the operator solely as agents for Companies or persons whether corporate or otherwise, to furnish transportation, accommodations and services.
The operator reserves the right to amend any aspect of itineraries including accommodation and tours as required to meet prevailing conditions.
The Company shall not be held responsible to any person who has made a booking in the event of any person's dissatisfaction with such services or accommodation whether due to negligence or otherwise.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any persons whom it may consider to be undesirable in its absolute discretion and it shall not be required to show any reason for its so doing.
Neither the operator nor its subagents shall be considered liable in any way whatsoever for loss, damage or injury to property, or injury to persons by reason of any act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or services providing such services or facilities.
Passengers electing to use sporting equipment, bicycles, outrigger canoes, sailboats, scuba diving gear etc. hired or supplied by the operators or hotels or rental bodies do so at their own risk.
This is also in the case of skiing, travelling over water, scuba diving and similar activities. The operator shall not be liable for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in aircraft, steamer or other transportation services or to change in accommodation arrangements, sickness, weather, industrial disputes, strikes, war, quarantine, floods, fire, civil disturbances, acts of God, acts of governments or any other authorities, industrial action (whether or not involving our employees or even through such action that may be settled by acceding to an industrial group) or any such causes whatsoever arising in the event that it should be considered necessary or advisable for the comfort and well being of the passenger or for any other person whatsoever to alter the itinerary or hotel and transport arrangements. Any such alteration may be made without liability on the operators.

Additional expenses, if any, occasioned thereby shall be borne by the passengers and the saving effect thereby shall be refunded to the passengers providing the accommodation proprietor agrees. The benefit from any immunity from liability attaching to the operator pursuant to this clause or any clause on the passenger's ticket shall also attach to its servants or its agents of whatsoever kind from whom the company contract as agents for a purpose.
These conditions shall not affect any limitation of liability of any carrier or other corporate body or person contained in any ticket issued to passenger in respect of any part or parts of a tour. The transportation companies or firms concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. The package contract by the carriers concerned when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation company or firms and purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.
Timeless Tours and Travel make every effort to ensure accuracy with hotel/motel information and description, but facilities can change after printing of this brochure. Passengers should check with Timeless Tours and Travel or their retail agent should a specific item be an essential requirement. We always do our best to ensure the arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence.
Participating carriers do not by virtue of their endorsement of this brochure/flyer represent themselves as either contracting with any purchaser of a tour from Timeless Tours and Travel or as having any other legal relationship with any such a purchaser.


Timeless Tours reserves the right to apply fees in the event of passenger cancellation.


The contract shall in all respect be governed by the law of the State of NSW.
