DAY 1 Ankara / Cappadocia Visit the Anatolian Civilizations Museum, where the prehistoric and unique Hittite collections are exhibited, and the Mausoleum of Atatürk, founder of Turkish Republic. DAY 2 Cappadocia After breakfast depart for full day tour of Cappadocia; Fortress of Uçhisar that the water and the wind gave spectacular view to the volcanic rocks and Göreme Valley, which was inhabited by the Turks after Christianity period. DAY 3 Cappadocia / Adana After breakfast visit the underground city of Kaymakli or Derinkuyu; excavated for the Christian communities, with a depth of 12 stories under the ground. DAY 4 Adana / Antakya After breakfast depart for Antakya, the biblical city called Antochia, situated in the Asi (Orantes) River in the fertile plain surrounded with the high mountains. Its museum has one of the richest Roman mosaic collections of the world. Outside the city there is the cave of Saint Peter the church which is constructed in cave where the apostles gave their first preach and where the Christian community settled down. DAY 5 Antakya / Adiyaman After breakfast depart for Adiyaman, visit Mount Nemrut to see the tumulo of the King Antiochus of commonage the special tomb which is known with its gigantic statues, the heads spread arround and reflecting the charming periods of past. (B/L/D)
DAY 6 Adiyaman / Urfa After breakfast depart for Urfa, the antic city of Prophets, one of them is Abraham. Visit Halil-Rahman Mosque situated together with a special poll where the sacred carps are living.
